These are the graves of Uncle Marshall and Uncle Blaine. I took these when Judy Marshall and I went there in 1980.

HELEN ELIZABETH CASE JESSEE

August 14, 1919 to January 16, 2014

Mother has closed her eyes.
She has gone away and will not return this way.
The candle has been extinguished, but we can remember the light
and have joy that we knew its beautiful glow.

Winter on the farm - 1960

Scott pretending to drive the tractor below our house on the farm in Hamilton, Virginia.  Dad had put a "cab" on by using an old box and the tires had chains wrapped around them for use in the snow.  You can see the old smoke house on the left of the photo.  Something that we had never used.

This is the Aunt that "disappeared" somewhere "out West" after she ran off with some man who may have been an evangelist.  I found her in the census alone in Los Angeles sometime after that.
