Diane and Marshall's new house
They closed the other week but have not moved in yet. They are in the middle of "renovations". Rod, Diane's Father, has been helping them and Judy and I went over yesterday to look and helped some. The bathroom and kitchen seem to be the main focus of the work to be done. Some possums under the deck were killed by tenting and Marshall said that there are some rats in the attic that he needs to get rid of.
This is the front of the house.

Say who was that masked man.

Mazel Tov! It's a wonderful neighborhood and the house is so cute. I wish you many happy years in it.
Wonderful news and great pictures. Anything we can do to help hollar!
Congratulations!
Once you get the "dead" rats out of the attic, you better find how they got in and fix so the "live" rats don't get back in.
Elizabeth, Marshall and I have already had that discussion. He does know where they are getting in and will be taking care of that.
Looks like all on top of the rat situation. We set a BIG trap for ours and I wish I had left the bathroon where I was cowering to take a picture of it.
We're watching CNN and Washington is beautiful at night and already thousands of people gathering.
