Update on Mother
Mother has the walker in her room and the wheelchair is gone. She's eating off the regular menu with only a few subs like no fish. Has her tea with breakfast and excited that yesterday a glass of water. But one foot swollen more than earlier in the week. I'm taking her 27th to heart doctor appointment. She thanks all for their prayers, cards and concern. PERHAPS another week or so till home. Wait and see.

Good - it sounds like things are moving in the right direction. Got a letter from her the other day. It was good to see her handwriting again even if it was a bit (and only a bit) shakey.
I thought shakey before this hospital/rehab thing as she used to always say "hope they can read my writing". I want to see "The Artist" but just can't imagine it. Is there NO talking? Instead I'm aiming for "War Horse".
Can you explain the different words under "Please prove you're not a robot".
Explain? As in what's their purpose? Robots refer to mindless little pieces of software designed to endlessly search blogs to add spam style messages - these 'robots' can't make out the words to reproduce them.
Unfortunately, neither can anyone with eyesight of 55 years old.
