Mother can only talk on her "loud" phone at home. I tried calling her once & shouted into the phone speaking clearly but she couldn't hear anything. She could sort of hear at her house on the regular phone if the speaker was on it.
You will only be able to talk on the phone when she returns to the condo.

Thanks! I forgot about the hearing problem on the phone. I'll keep writing.
I noticed that Jen seems to have inherited her Grandma's ability at letter writing.
